Hi team,

Small bug in the new community beta: in the New Topic composer, the mouse wheel doesn't scroll the Write or Preview area. Once the post is longer than the visible box, there's no way to scroll back through what you've written with the wheel; you can keep typing, but you can't review it.

It affects both the Write and Preview tabs, which makes me think it's the modal container rather than the editor itself.

Steps:

1. Click New Topic in any category
2. Type or paste a post longer than the composer's height
3. Hover over the Write area and scroll; nothing moves
4. Switch to Preview, same thing

Workaround I used: wrote the post elsewhere and pasted it in last, so I didn't need to scroll.

Firefox on Linux (Wayland). Happy to test a fix.
