Before I jump on solutions, could you please provide a link or screenshot of link which are showing soft 404. This information will help community members, including myself, better understand your problem so we can share relevant solutions.

Usually, When Googlebot encounters a page that it believes should be a 404 (Not Found) error, but the server returns a 200 (OK) status code instead.
