Our project deploys a Next.js app and an eve service together using withEve (eve/next), which writes experimentalServices into the build output config. On Oct 22, 2026, between about 08:00 and 13:15 UTC, every build of this project finished as Ready but did not build or deploy the eve service. Requests to /eve/v1/* fell through to the Next.js app and returned its 404 page. Builds before and after that window, from the same configuration, deployed both services correctly. Nothing in our repo changed during that window that could explain it.
