"no deployments found." when I try to deploy from v0

Hi,
This is my first time trying to deploy my project from v0 chat, in the deployment panel on the top right, after the green progress bar it says “no deployments found.”

1. Chrome shows a 500 error
2. The v0 chat was unable to help
3. Screenshot shows step by step what happens in v0
4. If I try from Vercel I get

" **404**: NOT_FOUNDCode: DEPLOYMENT_NOT_FOUNDID: sfo1::kl2lz-1746735234166-8da24ceb2c8e"

Can you share a screenshot? Something like this should help me see more about the deployment:

If you can share more details about the 500 error, that would also help me investigate

here you are. The one where you see it deploying is just before you get the error. FWIW the error only flashes up for a fraction of a second in the deploy panel, so I did a screen recording to get each step
