No new deployments have been created, URGENT HELP.

Issue: No new deployments have been created since ... (commit 05cfd03, ~2+ hours ago). Every push to main is silently ignored — no deployment record is created, not even in an errored or canceled state.

Already ruled out:

GitHub App installed with "All repositories" access ✓
Repo disconnected/reconnected in Project Settings ✓
Production branch correctly set to main ✓
Billing active, valid payment method, no restrictions ✓
No token revocations or security flags ✓
vercel-status.com shows all systems operational ✓

Proof this is a backend issue: I created a Deploy Hook (bypassing GitHub entirely) and called it twice:

Both jobs were accepted but never left PENDING and no deployment records were created. Confirmed via dashboard API — neither job exists in the deployments list.

Conclusion: Build queue is stalled for this specific project on Vercel's backend.

One urgent thing first: the deploy hook URL is now public in the post. Since deploy hooks are unauthenticated trigger URLs, I’d revoke that hook in Project Settings → Git → Deploy Hooks and create a new one before continuing.

For the actual deploy issue, a PENDING hook job that never creates a deployment is different from a normal build failure. I’d check two things that can narrow it down:

Search the repo for this in vercel.json:

Deploy hooks will not trigger if that setting is present.

In the Vercel dashboard, go to Deployments → Create Deployment and enter one of the commit SHAs you listed, for example 4b40cd3.

If Create Deployment works, then the build config is probably fine and the issue is narrowed to GitHub push/deploy-hook dispatch. If Create Deployment also fails to create anything, then that is much stronger evidence of a project-side deployment creation problem.

For any follow-up details, I’d share the hook job IDs, commit SHA, and exact UTC timestamp, but remove project/team IDs and don’t post the new hook URL.
