I have an account and one project. Now I want to start fresh with a new project and upload a spec.
There is no chat window to begin the process (like on the first one). There is no left sidebar menu. Only option is Add New project, which forces me to select a Git repository (which I do not have).
Somehow my dashboard screen is missing a sidebar menu with the options I need (according to the AI chat help). AI help gave up and directed me here.
Could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing, ?

Is it possible you're looking at the vercel.com dashboard instead of the v0.app dashboard?
I realized my problem was that I had inadvertently moved to a Vercel dashboard, not v0. Hence there was no sidebar and no chat and no way to navigate back to what I had been working with. How I got there, I don't know.
So it was user error, but probably one that other new users unfamiliar with Vercel and v0 might fall into as well. And the chat help was of no use, it kept describing screens that I could not see.
