No way to submit case form: cannot manage domain at team level

I have been attempting to submit a case form through the chat. It prefills the form and says to review before submitting, but there is no submit button. I have tried on Brave and Chrome

I am trying to create a case report because I am not able to manage my DNS records. I can see my established domain within my project.

My team is called “Jessica’s projects.” my project of Concrete By Jess is within that team. When I go to the Domains tab on the teams level, I have no established domains. When I try to add the existing domain for the project it says it is already owned by an account . I can only view the domain on the project level, but that does not give me means to manage it.

Did you follow theses steps to add the domain?

The real issue was that I couldn’t submit a case.
Also, I found it very unclear that I wouldn’t be able to manage DNS records for a vercel domain, and that it’s only possible for custom domains.

Once I understood that I needed a custom domain, yes I was able to control my dns records.
I’ve seen that other people have had issues submitting a case, and I think that needs to be addressed; either with confirming language so the user knows that a claim has been submitted for them, or checking if theres a bug that’s preventing the submit button from appearing
