My last payment invoice was declined by the card and there is notification mail i have received regarding the payment invoice of today but i tried paying via the dashboard and the link provided in email, It is not working showing payment cannot be processed. Please help me pay the invoice as quickly as possible as i do not want my servers to be down.

Hi, I tried the HELP section it is an AI chatbot which is mentioning to resolve with the bank, but the error is related to your payment option where once i click it shows error " cannot process payment" and the chatbot gave a button to pay but it shows payment processing and in dashboard i can see payment is still pending. I asked chatbot to provide me mail id or create ticket to support team but it kept repeating the same thing and not resolving my issue. please look into the issue
