Not seeing the expected preview UX when making a new chat

My project has so much chat history, my browser is timing out. 6141a245a518a95f677b2d35f5150a70

When I go to make a new chat I select the project, and yes, I'm able to have v0 chat reference the original code but I'm not seeing the same right side preview window as I did before, what am I missing:

That file may be too large and cause a timeout. Does it work when you use a smaller file?

The files are pretty tiny, the entire NEXT project is only 8MB. My current blocker is I cant open the project due to the large chat text:
