On-demand charges in limits

Today I got new UI for my usage. Unfortunatelly I have ondemand charges for fast data transfer which I used 62GB from 1TB. Can somebody explain this weird calculations ?

Thanks a lot, we see even more in our other account. We checked pricing, Fast data trasnfer should be 1TB included so we dont understand what is going on :slight_smile:

Hi @stephanides, I checked with our team. You won’t be charged anything above the usage as long as it is under the Pro plan limits.

In the meantime, I’m reaching out further to collect insights in why it is shown like that.

I have the same problem, and please tell the team to bring back the info button that would tell us how much the on-demand would cost.

Hi @stephanides and @engremi, our team fixed this issue and now you shouldn’t see charges for usage under the allowed limits.

Let me know if you are still facing this issue.
