Owner of this deployment has been blocked. Deployment cannot proceed

I’m encountering the following error message on several of my projects, when trying to deploy via CI/CD connected to a Github repo.

“Owner of this deployment has been blocked. Deployment cannot proceed.”

I’ve tried to reach out to the vercel help desk, but it keeps sending me to the AI bot who can’t solve the problem.

I’m only trying to deploy my portfolio, i used to have other projects, but i got rid of them, and also i freelanced to other people’s teams, but i left the teams also, so its just my hobby account now and still i can’t deploy.

Help please <3
