I’m encountering the following error message on several of my projects, when trying to deploy via CI/CD connected to a Github repo.
“Owner of this deployment has been blocked. Deployment cannot proceed.”
I’ve reached out to the vercel help desk, but no luck yet. I did see there were some issues with the automatic deployment this afternoon. But this is resolved now.
I’m managing several production websites/apps for clients, so not being able to deploy would really hurt my business.

The error message provided makes me think you have a team that’s been paused for exceeding Hobby Plan limits. If that’s the case, you should have received a notification with more info.

I just checked on your case. It looks like there was an account issue related to exceeding the fair use limits for hobby plans, but one of our support engineers was able to resolve it for you.
