I recently purchased the Premium plan on v0.dev for $20, but my account was showing only 5 credits instead of the full Premium credit amount.
I’ve seen other users report similar issues related to a credit-sync bug, so I believe this may be the same case.

This is a strange case, your membership was successfully upgraded to Premium but the credit system went down the downgrade flow. This is not the same as the previous issues you’ve mentioned, which happened after failed payments and yours was successful
The billing team is looking into the root cause for this, but in the meantime they’ve fully refunded your invoice. You should get an email about that shortly.
Your premium membership remains active, so you can now use the refunded amount to purchase credits as a top-up in https://v0.dev/chat/settings/billing
