I recently purchased the Premium plan on v0.dev for $20, but my account is still showing only 5 credits instead of the full Premium credit amount.
I’ve seen other users report similar issues related to a credit-sync bug, so I believe this may be the same case.
Can you please help restore my full Premium credits (5000 credits) and apply the $5 bonus if available?

Hi @qq416568388-2401, I’m sorry you are facing this issue. I can’t find any payment attempts on the account you are writing from. Can you confirm if this is the account you used to purchase? Can you also check if the money got deducted from your bank account?
