Paying invoices issue on v0

There were 2 payments pending for my v0.app account, for the months September and August. I was just able to make payment for the September month’s v0.app payment, but the August month’s payment link has expired. So because of which I am not able to use v0.app at all. My work has stopped.

Please let me know how do I make payment for the August month v0.app subscription. I tried making the payment through the link sent via gamil, but it says that the payment link has expired.

I request the v0.app/team support team to take this matter and help me make the payment for August month and start using my projects in v0.app

Thanks for waiting. I see the @filings-6378 was able to get an invoice link directly from a the customer support team, and the team helped me send one to @amitkulkarni863-2267 just now.

I created my account on v0 and purchased the premium plan a few hours ago. Initially, everything worked fine, but later I received an email saying my payment had failed. When I clicked the retry link, it showed the message:

“Payment processing. Your payment will be confirmed within 14 days. If this payment is confirmed after the due date, it will still be considered on time because it was initiated on time.”

Now, my account is locked with the message “You have an unpaid invoice. Please pay your invoice to continue.”

I’m facing the same bug with Vercel — I paid the invoice for July in October.

The Issue Has Been Solved The Invoice Not Show In July Augest or September Show in Octuber

Hey @nizaranand1984-1135. Sometimes a payment fails because your bank does not recognize the charge and needs approval to proceed. Please try contacting your bank about this payment, and let me know if you need more help with this after checking with them. :folded_hands:

Hey @filings-6378. I want to make sure this is actually solved for you. You can see the full list of past invoices for v0 Premium at vercel.com/account/settings/invoices

From what I can see, they are all paid now. But please let me know if you’re still having trouble with this.
