[Payment failed] 28 credits non-usable

Hello, I sent a message to Customer Support yesterday. My card was charged $30, which was verified by Stripe. However, it seems that Vercel did not receive the payment. The worst part is that the $30 has already been deducted from my bank account.

As the payment has been debited from my account, I would like Vercel to look into the matter, as there were no problems on my end during the transaction.

Could you also please make my credits usable again? I cannot afford to pay $30 twice for the privilege of using my 30 credits. Thanks.
