On August 7, 2025, we purchased a Team seat on v0.dev for $30. After completing the payment process, we received a confirmation message indicating that the upgrade and payment were successfully processed.(Attched the screenshot).
However, shortly afterward, the platform began displaying a “Payment Failed” message. This is contradictory and is causing confusion, as we are unsure whether the payment was actually received and whether the team seat has been properly activated.
Could someone from the team please help verify:

Whether the payment was successfully processed on your end?

If the team seat was correctly upgraded/activated?

What steps we should take to resolve this issue?
We’d appreciate a prompt response, especially since this may impact our ability to work within v0.dev for our project.
