Today my plan expired and it not auto renewed and its saying failed.
If i manually upgrade it says upgraded and after 1 few seconds it says again upgrade to premium.

Still no update and I also raised a ticket in help section. When will it get resolved I have many important works to be finished.
Is it going to be fixed ? It’s already 1 day over and no reply in chat or in mail.

Why hasn’t there been any response from a moderator or staff? They haven’t even replied to my ticket. I have a lot of pending work that needs to be completed quickly, and this issue is causing delays.

I’ve noticed that new threads are being answered while this one is being ignored. As a premium member, I understand that issues should be addressed within 4 business hours, yet no explanation has been provided. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
