Still no update and I also raised a ticket in help section. When will it get resolved I have many important works to be finished.

Is it going to be fixed ? It's already 1 day over and no reply in chat or in mail.

Any updates? Why hasn't there been any response from a moderator or staff? They haven't even replied to my ticket. I have a lot of pending work that needs to be completed quickly, and this issue is causing delays.

Could you please explain why I haven’t received any reply? It has been over a day, and I still haven't received a response. I need this issue resolved immediately within the next hour.

I’ve noticed that new threads are being answered while this one is being ignored. As a premium member, I understand that issues should be addressed within 4 business hours, yet no explanation has been provided. This lack of communication is unacceptable.

Thank you for not providing any value or support to your paid customers. I ended up fixing the issue myself.

Thank you...
