Payment issues while upgrading to V0 premium account

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to upgrade my v0 but my transaction is failing each time. I spoke to my bank and they say that recurring payments are disabled and i need to get a onetime payment link from my merchant.

Can someone please help me on this?

I saw the thread but the users Indian cards didnt go through. I am also facing the same issue. None of my cards including visa/ amex are not working.

I tried multiple credit cards[Visa & Amex] issued in india none of them have worked.

Hi @pawlean , I’m facing the same issue. Mistaking the failed transaction for some silly error as it simply did not show in my credits, I accidently clicked on upgrade multiple times. And the amount has been deducted four times
