Hello, I was running my vercel project on the free tier and decided to launch my project on Product hunt, the launch caused a lot of traffic and the free usage from the vercel was all used and warned me that it would shutdown the account. I added my card to pay monthly $20, and the card is successfully added, even received the messages from the bank that the card is added for the recurring charges, but on the vercel dashboard its prompting that the payment had failed. I am panicking, I am not sure what to do, I don't want my account to be closed during the launch
