I'm unable to authenticate using any personal access token from my account, even though browser-based login works completely normally (I can see my team, link projects, and build locally with that session).

Reproduced with three separate tokens at three different scopes (account-scoped, project-scoped, and team-scoped) — all fail identically and immediately:

Also fails the same way when used in GitHub Actions CI (vercel pull/vercel deploy):

Error: The token provided via `--token` argument is not valid. Please provide a valid token.

Vercel CLI 59.5.0, Node.js 24.14.0, Windows. This is blocking a CI deploy pipeline that's otherwise fully working. Is there a known issue with token issuance/validation, or something account-specific I should check?
