Hello Vercel Team,

My personal personal account (farrukhjaved381, email: mfarrukhjaved381@gmail.com) was completely suspended/paused after I accidentally connected a GitHub Organization repository to a personal project. This unintentionally triggered a Pro Plan cycle which expired, completely knocking out my live custom domain portfolio (mfarrukhjaved.com).

I do not need Pro tier features, and I have already decoupled the organization repository on GitHub. I am trapped in a locked billing state on the dashboard and cannot downgrade back to the Free Hobby tier manually.

I have already submitted a support ticket, but my production portfolio is currently down. Could a support team member please help void the unintended Pro invoice and reset my personal account back to the free Hobby tier?
