Hey Vercel community!
I’m Nicolas, a PhD candidate at the University of Namur. This is a question for people who build fast: when teams optimize for momentum, iteration, and smooth handoffs, do the same practices work equally well for every personality?
My thesis studies how Big Five personality traits influence developers’ experience of practices like stand-ups, reviews, pairing, and collaboration. I’m looking for perspectives from modern frontend and platform teams where execution speed is part of the culture.
In exchange for about 10 anonymous minutes, you get an immediate scientifically validated Big Five profile. Data collection ends September 15, so this is the final sprint.
