Phishing store on Vercel still live after 30 days: berzerkclub.com.br and berzerkclub.com (DMCA block promised on Oct 10 never applied)

Vercel Trust & Safety team, we request the suspension of the deployment serving berzerkclub[.]com[.]br and berzerkclub[.]com, together with every custom domain attached to the same project. Both domains run a fraudulent clone of our official store, berzerk.com.br, and collect Pix payments from Brazilian consumers who never receive any product. Our first report was filed on September 28, 2026. Thirty days later, the store is still online.

Who we are

Berzerk Indústria e Comércio Ltda. (CNPJ 58.300.838/0001-80) is a Brazilian apparel brand. Our trademarks are registered with the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI) under nos. 934.915.296 (class 25) and 934.915.458 (class 40). Our only official store is https://berzerk.com.br.

What the sites do

They reproduce our logo, layout, product photos and descriptions to pass as the official store.
The checkout, hosted on the same Vercel deployment, generates Pix charges payable to accounts unrelated to Berzerk, and the receiving accounts have changed over time, which shows the operation is actively maintained.
berzerkclub[.]com was registered on October 2, 2026, four days after our first report, and points to the same deployment.

What we ask

Suspend the project and all domains attached to it, including berzerkclub[.]com[.]br, berzerkclub[.]com and lojaberzerkclub[.]com.
Preserve the account, deployment, payment and access log data, for disclosure upon valid legal process.
Confirm the action taken in this thread or by e-mail.

Full evidence is available and can be sent privately to Vercel staff.

This request is urgent. Every day the deployment stays online, more consumers pay Pix charges for orders that will never be delivered, and the operator keeps changing the receiving accounts, which makes recovering those payments harder over time. The two-day window set by Vercel on October 10 expired more than two weeks ago, and the same deployment now serves a second domain. We ask that the suspension be applied today.

We cannot file again: Vercel's own acknowledgment warns that repeated reports about the same URL may lead to the reporter being flagged as spam. The official channel has been used four times in thirty days, the block announced on October 10 was not applied, and the store remains online.

All evidence has already been sent to Vercel several times through the official channel and can be resubmitted to whichever staff member takes over. We have used every channel available to us and need urgent action. At this point, Vercel's continued inaction is allowing the fraud to keep running on its infrastructure.
