It looks like you are removing support for Nodejs 18 on September 1. While I fully understand the need to do this, using September 1 as the cut off is highly unusual. In the US, nobody is even working on that day because of the Labor Day holiday. Also, people travel during the summer, and work to complete transfers to a new Nodejs platform is hard to complete during the summer as teams are not necessarily working full time during the entire summer. So please consider providing an extra 2 weeks in September, so people have enough time to work on testing their codebase when entire teams are back at work. So discontinue support September 14. I don’t see how 2 weeks will effect Vercel, but it certainly effects customers who may not have the resources during the summer months to fully upgrade and test. We provided six months’ notice regarding the deprecation of Node 18. Unfortunately, due to platform limitations, we are unable to extend the deprecation date. As a result, our system will no longer run builds that use Node 18.
Please note that your existing deployment should not be affected and will continue to function indefinitely, provided no new changes are pushed.
Thanks for the quick reply and for clarifying that existing deployments should not be effected unless changes are pushed. Anyway, it is extremely unusual to do anything on September 1. This is a holiday in the US and people don’t come back till the 4th. So please consider extending by a week. Also, I don’t recall ever getting an email from Vercel about this until early July, so for me at least, I first became aware of the Sept 1 deadline in July and my team has been on and off the entire summer. But maybe I missed some other notice. Thanks for help! really appreciated.

how do you open a ticket? I only posted here because, even though, I am paying customer, I cannot find a way to create a ticket in our account to speak to a human. I just get caught in an AI loop.
If you select the paid team and describe your issue, it should allow you to Create Case
with Build related problem.
