Hello Vercel Support Team,
I am writing to request the unpause of my Hobby plan account.
- I have fixed the code for the project causing a loop in the serverless function. It is now using close to no fast origin transfer, and won’t go above the limits again.
- I have waited the full 30-day cycle for the monthly usage reset, but my account remains paused.
As a result of the pause, I am currently unable to create or deploy any new projects, which is affecting my development and deployment flow
Could you please help me unpause my account, or let me know if any additional steps are required on my side?
