Hi @dupreezjwork-4289, in our findings there was a transient payment glitch. You can request a refund by opening a support case at vercel.com/help for this.
You can then try to purchase again and it shall work.

How long does it take to resolve a case, because I am still waiting and I have submitted a case this morning?
Hi @dupreezjwork-4289, it might take longer as our support team has a queue of billing cases. Did you request a refund in the case? Can you share the case ID?

I did, but initially the case was opened for buying the pro plan and staying on the hobby plan - and then in the messages I said I need a refund
Should I rather open another case specifically for the refund
Thanks for sharing. My colleague just shared that you can use our self serve refund service from Vercel.com/help by explicitly asking for a refund in the chat with your reason.
This will be much faster.
