I bought $20 worth of credits. I didn’t sign up for a subscription. There was no mention of a recurring payment. In fact it said the exact opposite.
Why am I being billed $30 now? Please stop this. I can’t even remove my card. Neither can I unsubscribe because I didn’t subscribe. Now please do something about this.
I'm not sure if you're asking about your v0 plan or about auto-recharge credits so I'll answer for both.
If you signed up for a v0 Team or other paid plan, that is a monthly subscription. It is expected that there would be a monthly charge. But you can cancel anytime from the settings page.
If you bought additional credits and enabled auto-recharge, then you should expect a new charge to top up credits each time your balance falls below the threshold you set. You can also disable this any time from the settings page.

I had bought $20 credit for 1 month. Recurring/Auto billing was disabled. However, I am now getting $30 being debited.
There is no option to buy $20 without signing up for a plan with a recurring monthly cost. From what I can see in the logs, you signed up for a v0 Team plan last month and recently received your next invoice.
You can cancel your plan any time in your v0 Team settings, as I highlighted above. It looks like you may already have done that so you wont receive future invoices.
