My account is currently on a Free Plan, and I don’t have any active subscriptions or paid services. However, I cannot remove my credit card directly from my account settings.
Could you please remove this payment method from my account manually, as I don’t have another card to replace it with?

Customers on all plans, including Vercel Hobby and v0 Free, are welcome to open a new case for any billing issue. Just describe the problem to the AI chat bot and click the “Create Case” button that appears at the bottom of the chat window. The AI will autofill the form based on the info provided. Then, you can review and adjust any info in the form before submitting it to reach our billing experts.
You also have the ability to request personal data changes or deletion through the privacy request center
