Postgres limits on Hobby Plan not updating

Hello, I have a PostgreSQL database connected to my NextJS project that exceeded the limits, and I'm receiving the error: "Your project has exceeded the logical size quota." when I'm trying to reun a simple SELECT query on neon console. I have waited a month for the limits to reset, but it hasn't happened. What should I do?
