PR Buttons Working on Personal Account but Broken on Team Account

Hi team,

I’ve just confirmed something important and wanted to report it clearly.

Problem

On my personal Premium account, the PR button and merge workflow are fully visible and working as expected. However, on my Team account, the same functionality is completely broken.

Steps Taken

Despite my efforts to resolve this, the PR button does not appear and PRs are not working at all:

  1. Created 15+ branches.
  2. Duplicated the project multiple times specifically to trigger PR functionality.

Comparison

This is not a GitHub issue, not a repo configuration issue, and not a permissions issue—because the exact same setup works perfectly on my personal account. This strongly points to a Team account–level issue on Vercel’s side.

At this point, I’ve wasted significant time creating branches and duplicate projects just to confirm this behavior. Please investigate why PRs work on personal accounts but fail on Team accounts, and let me know what needs to be fixed.

Thanks.

Hey @bilalalam58-7827!

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this frustrating issue with the PR functionality on your Team account. I can see you’ve done thorough testing to isolate this to a Team account-level problem, which is really helpful.

To help the team investigate this further, could you share:

  • The name of your Team account where this is happening
  • One of the project URLs where the PR button should appear but doesn’t
  • Your personal account project URL where it’s working correctly (for comparison)

This will give us the specific details needed to look into why there’s a difference between your personal and Team account behavior.

Let us know how you get on!
