Subject: Project Paused – Request for Temporary Reactivation and CPU Usage Investigation

Hello Vercel Support,

My project prayer-times-app (waqtsalah.com) has been paused after exceeding the Hobby Fluid Active CPU limit (11h 58m used vs 4h), with approximately 851K function invocations and 17.3 GB Fast Origin Transfer.

I am investigating the cause. Cloudflare currently shows extremely low caching (0.25% cached requests), while DDoS protection is enabled. I am reviewing caching, bot traffic, and Next.js server-side processing to prevent the issue from recurring.

Because the project is paused, Vercel Observability currently shows no function/route data, making it impossible to identify the exact source of the CPU usage or deploy the necessary fixes.

Could you please temporarily reactivate/unpause the project, or advise how I can safely regain access for investigation and deployment without upgrading to Pro?
