Hi, I purchased a Premium subscription for v0, but my file size upload maximum has not updated. I should have access to 20 MB for chat attachments and 50 MB for ZIP file uploads as a Premium user, but this is not reflected in my account. I have already tried refreshing the page, checking my subscription status, clearing my browser cache, and signing out and back in again, but the issue persists. Can anyone help me with this issue?
Separately, after being promised that this issue would be resolved within 2-3 weeks (which is already too long and was not acheived regardless). I have not been able to use the premium service I have paid for, therefore I am asking for a full refund.
