I purchased a v0 Team subscription for $30.00 on invoice TLA3MMKY-0001 on June 9, 2026. The payment was successfully processed and marked as paid. I have switched to the Mycallkiki team scope in v0, my v0 Builder role is properly assigned, and all settings are configured correctly. However, after logging out and back in multiple times (including in a private/incognito browser), the v0 chat interface still shows “You are out of free credits” with a $0 balance. The credits from my paid subscription are not syncing or appearing in my account despite the invoice showing as paid. I need my team subscription credits to be activated and working immediately so I can start using v0.

Make sure your team is selected in the dropdown at the top of the v0 page instead of a personal account.
