Your account or project has exceeded the compute time quota. Upgrade your plan to increase limits.
All of the teams are on the Pro plan with current payment methods. I don’t understand why it won’t just add the overages to the invoice. I am more than happy to pay for it and can’t find a way to allow for additional usage.
Hi @jblayter, sorry that you are facing this issue. Since, you are a Pro plan user, I’d request you to open a case from Help. That’d be the fastest way to get this resolved and maintain privacy for sensitive account information.
It is so weird. It seems to have resolved itself sometime overnight. It is concerning that a P1 ticket still has not been looked at in almost 23 hours. Guess I need to scale and make some more money to afford the enterprise license.
Adding this just in case anyone reads this in the future and needs a quick resolution.
The core of the issue here was that the project was still on the free plan for the Neon Postgres database and that was out of compute hours. In order to fix this you need to go into your team > integrations > neon > manage > settings. On this screen you can update your settings to the upgraded Neon plan.
