In the Russian Federation, the site opens only with wifi, but does not open from mobile Internet. I tried to change the NS servers from vercel, but after 24 hours nothing has changed. I am in despair and do not understand how to solve this. Maybe you know what the problem could be? I have no ideas where to dig. Vercel has a native built-in domain web-8zgg-dans-projects-a55e08f7.vercel.app/ and it opens from mobile Internet, although it leads to the same site

80% Most likely, your DNS cache is clogged. You need to clean it.
On Mac this command helped me:
sudo dscacheutil -flushcache && sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
