Problem with Meta Pixel Set-Up

Good Day,

We have tried to set up our meta pixel a few times and feel like our data is off. I am stuck on figuring out if we are not doing something right in meta or were missing something on the backend. Here is what we have done in Meta:

1.) We have installed Conversions API and Meta Pixel onto our Vercel.

2.) We are getting low “Event Match Quality” back from the pixel/API

3.) We have troubleshooted sending more conversions, sending and receiving more data from the pixel, and re-installing the updated Conversions API code.

Issue:

  • Our Event match quality is still very low

  • The CAPI/Pixel only picks up 3 events. View content, PageView, and TestEvent.

We Still Need:

  • Higher event match quality

I’m not very familiar with Meta Pixel setup, so I asked v0 for advice. It suggested that missing customer information parameters could be the cause of low “Event Match Quality” and offered a few possible reasons for the limited event types.
