Hi team,
I purchased $10.00 USD in credits on May 16, 2026. The charge went through and I see “$10.00 Purchased Credits” in my account.
But I still get “You’ve reached your limit” when trying to generate. My Monthly Credits shows $0.00 / $20.00.
It seems the system requires monthly credits even with purchased credits available.
Can you please activate my $10 purchased credits?
