My Vite + React project builds successfully and the deployment shows status "Ready" with the correct domain assigned. Deployment Protection is disabled. But the live production URL only renders the raw, unprocessed text — no CSS, no JS execution, just plain text top-left of the page.

This happens even in Vercel's own built-in deployment preview inside the dashboard. Reproducible across multiple devices, browsers (Safari), and networks. Build logs show no errors. Output folder contains a correct index.html referencing built assets. Redeployed multiple times with build cache disabled — issue persists.
