Hello guys, all my vercel production sites are down for the last 2-3 hours (that I know of). No code or builds have happened on my end and when I ping the site I just get a timeout error.
I’ve raised a Severity 1 ticket but I have received no acknowledgement of my ticket. I am on a PRO plan. Does anyone know of a number I can call about this?
Starting to panic for my customers due to the site being down for so long.
I don’t see any system wide issues during this time period on vercel-status.com
It sounds like something that may have been more specific to your site, custom domain, or network. Please let us know if it happens again so we can investigate
