My account/project is stuck in “transfer” state after I wanted to downgrade.
“The Project XXX is being transferred into YYY.” is the message.
The problem is that my application serves cached/stale data in production and I have no possibility to recover from it.
Somehow a background job must be stuck.

Hey , I’m the Engineer working on this issue right now.
Sorry for the inconvenience. There was a bug in the Team-Merge-Flow when downgrading which is solved now. I just unstuck your projects from the transferring state, so you should see them in the dashboard again.
If you could just trigger the downgrade again your Teams should merge successfully.
