I have reached limits in August. (computing time for Neon DB connected to my Vercel project). Limits have been reseted on September 1st. But thanks to the bug, I still unable to connect to my DB cause of "limitations issue". I asked Neon support to fix this limitations issue to make me able to use my DB again. It's already September 7th, still no solution. My project is still dead
