Project transfer is stuck on the backend.

Error: Cannot update project while transfer is in progress.

I did not initiate a transfer. The Activity log has no “Project transfer started” event, and I cannot access any destination namespace.

The Vercel support assistant indicated that an active backend transfer flag may be associated with a team merge and cannot be cleared from the dashboard. Could a Vercel staff member please investigate and clear the stuck transfer flag?
