Push and deploy fails, new project

I have connected my chat with github, and new repo was created and inside it a readme file.

When I press Deploy button, I have the option to Push and Deploy like below:

After a bit I get an error: Failed to commit and push files.

From what I can see, it looks like you have a couple of errors in the chat. Maybe that is what is preventing you from deploying. Can you fix those first then try again?
