Question about the new billing version. I had a certain amount of 11 dollars last month, I renewed it by adding another 20 dollars, but the account does not have 31 dollars, only the 20 dollars added this month. If I do not use the credits, do they expire month by month?
Monthly credits do not roll over. They are renewed monthly. This is similar to the old pricing model, where unused messages would also not roll over into the new month. Any additional credits purchased do not expire for a year, so those will stick around from month to month.
