Ready Vercel deployments return 404 on all public URLs

My Vercel Hobby team porto-volunteers has two projects whose deployments build successfully and show Ready, but every assigned *.vercel.app address returns Vercel’s generic 404 NOT_FOUND before the Next.js app receives a request.

Deployment Protection is disabled; aliases are correctly assigned; the projects are not paused; and a newly created clean project has the identical behaviour. Please check the team/project routing state.
