Please I had over 80 gifted credits from v0 and I was prompted to upgrade to a team plan then all the credits disappeared. What do I do to recover it back?

I saw your message in our v0 chat. I know I recommended going to Help, but I wonder if the gifted credits are tied to your personal account rather than team plan?
When you upgrade to a team plan, your personal and team billing contexts can get separated. The credits might still be there, just not visible in the team view
Could you try switching back to your personal account context in the v0 interface to check if the credits are still showing there?
I have been on personal account without upgrading, it was a forced pop-up asking me to upgrade to a team plan and continue using v0, then I closed it, saw and upgrade plan below my chat box, checked credits and all I saw there was 0.00
