Referral credits not applied.

Hi v0 Support,
I’m having an issue with the referral credits.

I shared my invite link and 2 friends signed up using it, but neither of us received the $5 signup credits (so I’m missing $10 total, and they didn’t receive theirs either).

Because the initial signup credits didn’t post, I asked them not to subscribe yet. I’m worried that if the system isn’t tracking the referral correctly at signup, then the $20 subscription credits may also fail to apply, and that would create an even bigger issue to resolve later.

Quick update on my referral credits issue:

A 3rd person has now signed up using my referral link (also via email), and still no credits have appeared for any of us
If you need i can give you all the information for example emails.

I’ve referred 2-3 of my friends and neither of us has received the bonus 5$ in tokens. These are net new accounts.
