# Referral link invite

I used my referral link to invite new users, and they successfully signed up through that link. However, I haven’t received any credit or gift rewards from the referral program.

I can look into this for you. First I need some more info to tell me where to look in the logs. 
- When did they sign up and verify their accounts?
- Was it a free or a paid tier account they created?

Hi, I’m having an issue with the v0 referral program.

Two friends signed up using my referral link and they both received their $5 credits, but I didn't receive mine.

On the referral page it shows "$190 to go", which suggests the referrals were detected, but the credits are not appearing in my balance.

Has anyone else experienced this recently?

I’m having the exact same problem! I had 5 users, they all received their 5 gift credits, but I haven’t received anything.

Thanks for reporting this! We found the bug and shipped a fix.

## Solution summary

The fix was implemented by Vercel engineering, who identified and patched a bug in the referral tracking system that prevented credits from being applied to referrer accounts. Following the deployment of this fix, referral credits should now correctly appear in the user's balance once the referral conditions are met.
