v0 referral credits not applied to balance despite showing progress

Problem

I’m having an issue with the v0 referral program where credits are not being applied to my account.

Current Behavior

  • Two friends signed up using my referral link.
  • They both received their $5 signup credits.
  • My referral page shows “$190 to go”, indicating the referrals were detected.
  • However, I have not received the $5 credits in my balance.

I already opened a support ticket but haven’t received a response yet. Has anyone else experienced this recently or knows if this is a known issue?

Unfortunately I’m still not seeing the referral credits in my balance. Now are three friends signed up using my referral link and they received their $5 credits, but I still haven’t received mine.

The referral page still shows “$185 to go”.

Could you please check if my referrals need to be reprocessed?
